A Level Students Share Their University Goals at Guildhouse School

Our Year 13 are excitedly awaiting responses from the universities they have applied to study at. Every year Guildhouse School proudly sends lots of our students off to continue their educations at top universities. 

Last year our students progressed onto Queen Mary University of London, Kings College London and University of Nottingham. We are excited to see this year’s cohort achieve places at top universities and flourish during their last year here at Guildhouse School.

Here’s some of the universities our Year 13 students hope to attend:

Elif had applied to Kings College London, University of Manchester and University of Edinburgh. She would like to study Computer Science.

Valentine applied to study at University of Warwick, University of Bristol, Queen Mary University of London and Royal Holloway University of London, where he would like to study Computer Science. His top choice universities are University of Warwick and Royal Holloway University of London.

Adela has applied to study Medicine and Biomedical Engineering. She has applied to Kings College London for Biomedical Engineering. She also applied to Queen Mary University of London, University of Buckingham Medical School and Brunel University London for Medicine. 

Brendan has applied to City University of London, University of Westminster, University of Greenwich and Kingston University. He would like to study Architecture and his top university choice is the University of Greenwich.

Student Support

There is lots of support available for students throughout the year, from filling in their applications, studying for exams and interview preparation.

Our students receive support from the very beginning of the university application process. Here at Guildhouse School our staff strive to help students achieve their goal of attending a top university.

This includes ensuring students have access to our higher education officers and personal tutors on top of receiving additional support when applying to highly competitive programmes.
